well I sent an email of to the people selling them at their website enquiring weather they were looking at the same Howard as us and this is what i got back.
Thanks for looking us up. We only deal with Companies / machinery associated with Arthur Clifford Howard,inventor of the Rotary Hoe and Cane Reaper.
